Is transportation provided to and from the venue from Del Din or Ederle?

Accepted Answer

No. Transportation to and from the event or the overflow parking lot is at the expense of the ticket holder. The only transportation provided is from the overflow parking lot to and from the venue.

Can we wear a costume or outfit that is not associated with the 1920's style of dress?

Accepted Answer

No. The only approved attire is 1920's dress or military uniform.

Question 3

If my plans change and I cannot make the event, can I receive a refund?

Accepted Answer

No refunds are authorized. We recommend donating your ticket to someone else who can attend.

Question 4

For someone who doesn't drink alcohol, are there alternative drinks?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Coffee and water are free of charge. An array of non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.

Are the games for free or do they cost money?

Accepted Answer

The games are free of charge to play.

Question 6

Can I win money if I play the games?

Accepted Answer

No. No money is exchanged. The games are just for fun.

Question 7

If I want to volunteer with set-up or tear-down of the event, how do I do that?

Accepted Answer

Reach out to the event coordinator. They have additional information concerning volunteering.

What happens if there is inclement weather?

Accepted Answer

In the event that there is inclement weather, the Gala will continued as planned. There are multiple areas with cover to protect guests from the weather.

Question 9

If I am a vegetarian, do I have food options?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many of our food options are vegetarian friendly. Feel free to ask the catering staff to clarify further.

Question 10

Are there multiple seating options at the Gala?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There are high and low tables with chairs, as well as couches throughout the venue.
