About this event

The Listening Circles are monthly meetings (max 5 people) to explore new ways of relating.

During each meeting, a volunteer will have the opportunity to share a challenge or issue they are currently facing. The others will act as mirrors using the principles of the U-Process.

This activity will allow all participants to access their inner wisdom and generate innovative ways to address a particular question or challenge.

Join us!

With French + American origins, I grew up in Rome and now live in Trevignano Romano. I am a yoga teacher + sustainability consultant.

Active member of Between Us currently enrolled in Gabor Maté's Compassionate Inquiry, I facilitate spaces across cultures through vulnerability and active listening. I believe that challenging the status quo through deep, meaningful and respectful conversations is a great starting point to transform our lives and the world around us.

Do I need to prepare before the event?

Whether you'll end up volunteering that night or not, I invite you to take the time to think about a challenge or issue you are currently facing.

How do you maintain confidentiality?

We reiterate the importance of confidentiality at the beginning of each meeting.

What is our cancellation policy?

I put a lot of love and effort into organizing these meetings, so please do your best to avoid a last minute cancellation. If it is necessary to cancel, please try to find someone who can fill in for you!

Organizer Julie Beretta

Organizer of The Listening Circles

With French-American origins, I grew up in Rome and am now based in Trevignano Romano.

I’m a yoga teacher + sustainability consultant. Passionate about human emotions and relations, I’m an active member of Between Us trained in the 7 Step Process for Open Conversations and I'm enrolled in Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry approach.

My purpose is to coach people and host spaces across cultures like the Listening Circles, Between Us Dinners and The Sustainable Lab in order to help them reconnect to their essence, communities and environment.

I believe challenging the status quo via deep, meaningful and respectful conversations is where change begins to take place.
