You have time till Sunday, 14th of May 2024 to fill in the registration form using the following link and to share with us your short video-presentation (3 min max) where you state why you are passionate about Sustainability, Diversity & Inclusion and what you would like to learn!
Wait for our confirmation of participation email which you will receive no later than Sunday, 25th of May 2024.
Only after you receive our confirmation of your spot on the SDIP program, should you pay your fee* through the Eventbrite platform (450 Euro + IVA if required by your country). Payment should be made no later than Wednesday, 5th of June 2024.
*Accommodation in shared rooms, food & drinks, airport transfers (from/to Pisa), and learning materials are covered by the philanthropic organization that will host us. Detailed location information will be communicated via email upon registration.

Frequently asked questions
The training takes place in an old location in Siena's countryside, now operated by a philanthropic organization focusing on the development of individuals under 35. Location details are provided upon registration to respect the hosting partner's wish to avoid unsolicited contacts and promotions.
Expect shared accommodation; participants will likely share rooms and bathrooms with 2-4 others. Two single rooms are reserved for emergencies, such as if a participant falls ill.
Participants are encouraged to maintain cleanliness in all used spaces. During our accommodation, the hosting organization won't provide housekeeping service.
4 nights in a shared room (2-4 people per room); Daily meals and coffee breaks at the venue; Round trip transfers from/to Pisa airport and train station on 26th August and 1st September 2024 (midday); Training materials. All this will be covered by the ONG that will host us.
Your travel to/from Pisa on the specified dates; Any alternative transport to the venue if not arriving at the Pisa meeting point midday, 26th August 2024; The cost of dinner at a traditional osteria in Siena.
Special dietary needs will be accommodated; please specify them in the provided questionnaire upon registration.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the venue. Smokers must leave the training location grounds to smoke.
No certification of any English as a second language level is requested. Conversational proficiency in English is required, to facilitate teamwork and interaction among international participants. Multilingual skills are part of the recommended skills of D&I practitioners.

No, unfortunately due to the limited number of people who can have the opportunity to attend the Summer Immersive Certification course with such a low budget investment, thanks to the covering costs provided by the training location, it is not possible to reimburse any.
