Un soundbath è un'esperienza di ascolto per tutto il corpo profondamente immersiva che utilizza intenzionalmente il suono per invitare processi terapeutici e riparativi delicati ma potenti per NUTRIRE LA TUA MENTE E IL TUO CORPO.

I suoni introdotti durante un bagno sonoro sono un invito a uno stato di coscienza più profondo, un'opportunità per staccare la spina dagli stimoli esterni e ottenere una prospettiva su ciò che sta accadendo dentro di te. A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to NURTURE YOUR MIND AND BODY.

The sounds introduced during a Sound Bath are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective on what’s going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.
