Description

SMAU | Italy RestartsUP in London powered by ICE and SMAU

Meet the MADE IN ITALY Innovation

It is called Open Innovation and is the new way in which the most modern companies respond today to their research and development needs to keep up with the speed of action that the current competitive context requires: no longer through internal departments, but through the meeting with existing economic actors, primarily with innovative startups and the related ecosystem of incubators and accelerators.

Open Innovation will be the key issue of the second edition of SMAU | Italy RestartsUP in London, powered by ICE and SMAU. This is a subject which we are going to debate through the presentation of experiences of collaboration between international companies and startups, in the context of five thematic panels.

Following the Open Innovation model the event aims also at creating new International relations, partnerships and connections between the British innovation ecosystem and a selection of the most innovative and promising Italian startups.

During the day, innovators, companies and investors will get in touch with a selection of Italian startups, incubators and Italian innovation places to meet new as well as promising talents within the most innovative "Made in Italy" fields: Agrifood, Artificial Intelligence, FinTech & InsurTech, IoT, Life Science, Smart City & Smart Mobility and Smart Manufacturing.

Smau has been the exhibition representing the reference point in terms of innovation for companies and public administrations for 55 years, in Italy.
