To realise food security for all, the world is in need of a new generation of farmers who can make the transition from subsistence to professional farming and therewith achieve economic, social and environmental sustainability. High level policy makers and young farmers will talk about accelerating innovation and improving access to technology for smallholder farmers to be able to feed the world.

What are the opening times of the Summit?
Access hours for visitors will be from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm. On May 10th the exhibition hall will close at 4.30 pm. This schedule might change. Milano Cucina S.r.l. reserves the absolute right to change the schedules and the date of the Event.
What is included in the different pass packages?

What is included in the Platinum 1-day pass?
The Platinum 1-day pass includes the same perks as the Platinum 4-day pass, but is only valid for one day. Ticket holders of the Platinum 1-day pass can also attend the Keynote Speech on the day for which they have purchased. If you're particularly interested in one of the Keynote speakers, this is the package for you!
What is the Keynote speech Add-on?
The Keynote speech Add-on is ideal if you have purchased standard pass (4-days pass, 2-days pass, 1-day pass) to the exhibition hall but are particularly interested in attending one of the Keynote speeches. Purchasing the Add-on allows you to attend the Special Guest Keynote speech that most interests you. Keep in mind, the Add-on does not grant you access to the exhibition hall, and you will have to purchase a pass in order to be admitted to the event. If you've already purchased an exhibition pass (or plan to do so), the Add-on is perfect for you!
What is the Business Matching Account?
The business matching account gives exhibitors and visitors the opportunity to plan an agenda of select meetings with international potential partners for commercial and technological collaboration through the use of an exclusive platform where you can connect with entrepreneurs, investors and companies.
What is the VIP Lounge?
The VIP Lounge is a special area inside the pavilion. This elegant and refined space is meant to make VIP guest as comfortable as possible and includes services such as dedicated staff to attend to personal requests as well as complimentary buffet catering.
What is the Fast Track Access?
Those with Fast Track Access will have a dedicated desk at the Seeds&Chips reception to collect their badges, as well as priority access to the conference’s rooms.
How do I enter the Summit?
At the Seeds&Chips reception desk, you will be asked to produce a form of ID as well as your ticket receipt, which you should print out after purchasing your ticket through Eventbrite. Once you show proof of purchase you will be given a physical pass, which you can then use to enter the Summit. If you have purchased a student pass, please remember to bring your student ID with you to show at the reception desk when you collect your credentials.
Can I use my ticket receipt to enter the Summit?
Unfortunately not. Even if you have purchased your ticket beforehand, you will need your Seeds&Chips Badge to enter the venue. You can collect your badge(s) from the reception desk at the entrance to the venue. Please note that you will need to have a form of ID and proof of purchase with you when collecting your badge.
How do I get a Student Pass?
Purchase it on this website. Please remember to show your student ID card at the reception desk at the entrance of the venue to get your Seeds&Chips Badge.
Is it possible to modify or change my ticket information?
Yes, it is. Please visit this link for more information on modifying your ticket.
If I am unable to attend Seeds&Chips, can I request a refund?
Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable. Please note that there are no exceptions to this policy, including cases of illness or travel impediments.
Are passes transferable?
Passes are non-transferable and are issued in the name given upon purchase. The organizers reserve the right to check their validity at random intervals throughout the duration of the Summit.
