L'evento è organizzato da GR TRADING, GR SOLUTION e GET, in collaborazione con International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), e affronta i temi della #salute e #benessere delle persone negli spazi confinati, il #comfort ambientale e salubrità degli spazi interni, introducendo il protocollo WELL Building Standard, uno schema di #certificazione riconosciuto dal mercato immobiliare globale, quale strumento per guidare il progetto, la costruzione e la gestione di singoli #immobili e #portfoli, la definizione di obiettivi di #ESG aziendale.
L'evento introduce l'applicazione #WELL su tre scale diverse, il portfolio di immobili, il singolo edificio, il fit-out che punta all'adeguamento al New Normal #Post-Covid.

Die Veranstaltung wird von GR TRADING, GR SOLUTION und GET in Zusammenarbeit mit dem International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) organisiert und befasst sich mit den Themen # Gesundheit und # Wohlbefinden des Menschen in geschlossenen Bereichen sowie # Wohnkonfort und Gesundheit von Innenräumen dank der Einführung des WELL Building Standard-Protokolls, ein vom globalen Immobilienmarkt anerkanntes # Zertifizierungsverfahren, welches die Bauplanung, die Konstruktion und das Management einzelner # Immobilien und # Immobilienportfolios begleitet, schlechthin die Definition der Ziele eines # ESG-Unternehmens.
Die Veranstaltung verfolgt als Ziel aufzuzeigen, welche Auswirkungen die Anwendung von # WELL Building Standard auf verschiedene Immobilienportfolios und einzelne Gebäude hat und wie man sich an die fit-out von neue Normalität # Post-Covid anpassen kann.
