What does the standard registration fee cover?

The standard registration fee covers access to all sessions of the meeting, the poster display area, welcome cocktail on 19 April and coffee break, lunch and dinner on 20 April. This information will also be visible at the Eventbrite check out.

Is there a registration fee for patients, carers and patient representatives?

Are tickets refundable?

We are sorry but tickets are not refundable. If your plans change please write to info@prodgne.eu to inquire about the possibility to transfer your ticket to a member of your organisation.

Where do the amounts of my registration fee go?

Your registration fee goes entirely to the patient organisation Gli Equilibristi HIBM to offset the costs of your participation in this meeting
