Soulflow - Fire

Sweat & stretch class.

In the first half of the session we light up the soul with drumming and breathwork, then we fire up the body with an invigorating yogaflow. In the second half of the session we work with the deep connective tissues to let go of tension and enter a meditative state of mind. Just like all my yoga classes, this will also end with a rejuvenating sound relaxation with heart-warming frequencies. Refreshing fruity kombucha tea is offered to you after the class. Enjoy an evening of health and wellness.
