Great news for the R users and R curious! Microsoft, in collaboration with Quantide, is offering a one-day live course in Milano, free and open to everybody.
This course is a wide overview of the R potential as a data science tool: the topics range from the first R session to data manipulation, visualization and discovery, from data import and export to data modelling and data mining.
The class is a workshop: you will dirty your hands with R! Be sure to bring your laptop :) But no worries if you are unfamiliar with the R language: we will start from the beginning, learning through examples.
The course is free and open to a maximum of 30 participants. The course will last for an entire working day, from 9:00 in the morning to 18:00 in the evening. Lunch and coffe breaks are included.
If you wish to partecipate you need to reserve a seat. Take note: a week before the beginning of the course you will be required to confirm your participation: if you don't confirm then your ticket will be cancelled and your seat will be reoffered.

What's the price?
The course is free and open to everybody. The course includes one day of teaching, plus lunch, coffee breaks and comprehensive course materials. Due to logistic reason, the course is open to max 30 participants, and registration is needed.

Who will I learn from?
Andrea Spanò is an Rstudio certificated instructor who has worked as an R trainer and consultant for over 20 years. Andrea graduated in Statistics from the University of Siena and obtained a Master’s degree in Applied Statistics at the University College of London. He runs Quantide consulting firm and teaches at Luiss University post grad course on Big Data Management. Andrea will be supported by two teacher assistants.
