ML & Graph algorithms to prevent financial crime in digital payments - Paolo Testa, Lead Data Scientist at Nexi Payments
Keeping financial crimes under control is one of the challenges that paytech firms like Nexi have to face. While rule based approaches are still widely used in the industry, in Nexi we've built different ML based solutions that combine supervised ML and graph based approaches, to help anti money laundering experts in reducing operational time and cost linked to their analysis. We'll explain the solution that has been developed as part of Infinitech, the H2020 Fintech Flagship Project of EU, and is available on the public portal of the project.
