This webinar will explore how innovative banks are using data, within the Open Banking Context, to move from offering life-stage products to lifestyle products, offering more personalised and relevant products to their customers which better match their needs and lifestyle.

We will discuss with market leaders from the fintech and banking sectors why a move in this direction is imperative for banks and how they can begin to do it. We will examine some real-world use cases such as subscription management products, card control and carbon offsetting that have been developed to provide insightful, value-added products to customers, increasing their engagement, satisfaction and retention.

Studies show that many customers are willing to allow their data to be collected and analysed if they believe they will get a more personalised service in return. So banks need to use this data effectively.
