Launch event Call4Innovation Design the Sustainable Future of Manufacturing

Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna and the innovation hub Almacube are proud to announce the Launch Event of the Call For Innovation “Design the Sustainable Future of Manufacturing”, an international initiative aiming at identifying and promoting new-generation solutions to increase sustainability in factories and workplaces. The Call For Innovation is managed through the newly established Institute for Manufacturing Competences (IMC) of the Philip Morris Group.

The launch event will take place on Friday 2nd December 2022 at 10.00 hrs (CET) and it will represent a unique opportunity to learn how venture clienting can empower companies to generate innovation through close collaboration with startups, spinoffs and innovative companies.

The challenges presented by Philip Morris and for which it calls for solutions touch three innovation areas and are the following:

• Noise management and employee well-being
• Clean energy and environmental impact reduction
• Circular economy: reuse of industrial waste

Participation at the event is free and open to all interested parties but online registration is mandatory. The event language is English.
