This cooking class explores the basic steps of making the original Lasagne alla Bolognese with green pasta dough and the famous besciamella sauce and Cannelloni stuffed with Ricotta & Spinach.

In all our workshops we respect the tradition of the true Italian pasta fresca. You won’t need any machines. In fact, you will learn the art of producing handmade fresh pasta, exactly as an Italian granny does!

It is a perfect opportunity for meat lovers and also vegetarian who want to learn the right techniques of:

  • producing and kneading the pasta dough with flour, eggs and spinach
  • rolling out the dough with a rolling pin
  • cutting and forming the Lasagne / Cannelloni sheets
  • producing the perfect Besciamella Sauce
  • layering and cooking the Lasagne
  • forming and cooking the Cannelloni

The course will be held in English, German and Italian according to the language of the participants.

Dinner + Drinks

After two intense hours of kneading and cutting you can immediately taste your fresh pasta, vegetarian options are also available.

Wine, beer or soft drinks are included in the dinner. Water will be available during the whole course.

What you will take home

Once done with the job you will get to take home your freshly produced pasta, a Workshop Handout and a Certificate of Participation!
