What is the IPCH Sport Congress?

PCH Sport Congresses are held every 2 years

During the meeting the Rapresentatives of the Nations participating in IPCH can discusse and decide about the policy, the management and the technical & classification rules and regulations for the sport of PCH. The 14th Sport Congress was supposed to be organized under the auspices of the IWAS and IPCH by the local organizing committee (LOC) of the European Championship 2020 and by the Finnish Paralympic Committee. Following the decision, due to Covid-19, to cancel the competition SEC in agreement with IWAS decided to organize the Sport Congress Online.

Who can participate?

• DELEGATES: From each nation a maximum of 2 Delegates are invited to attend the Sport Congress. Every nation has 1 vote - ONLY 1 Delegate can have voting rights.

Please be aware IPCH will check with the National Organizations and the National relevant bodies all the names registered as Delegates (both with and without voting rights) before the meeting to make sure those people are legitimately entitled to vote.

• OBSERVERS: people within the national organizations that can be interested in the topics on the agenda (including coaches, athletes or Officials). Observers can participate without voting rights.

Both Delegates and Observers need to register for the meeting, MAKE SURE TO SELECT THE CORRECT TYPE OF TICKET.
