About this event
Meditation and breath work (pranayama) is a key component of a holistic yoga practice. In 30 minutes of guided breathing and meditation, we meditate in a collective to share the methodologies and energies.
First few classes will include an introduction to meditation - how to sit, breathe, objective of meditation and methods.
