Exciting news, pasta enthusiasts! Our cooking class is rolling into Brooklyn and we're spicing things up with an extra splash of fun – wine included! Ever dreamed of creating your own authentic Italian pasta while sipping on a glass of your favorite wine? Well, your dream just became a reality!

Our class is more than just culinary experience. It's a journeys into the heart of Italian cuisine. By the end of the course, you'll not only have the skills to prepare a fresh pasta dish but also the cherished knowledge of crafting some of the most beloved traditional Italian sauces.

We'll teach you how to make differents types of fresh pasta:

  • Tagliatelle
  • Ravioli
  • Tortelli

Each dish will be paired with a typical Italian sauce.

While the dough is resting, we will enjoy together a fantastic Italian aperitif that includes bruschettas, Parmigiano Reggiano, Aperol Spritz, and wine.

At the end of the course, you will get to eat what we have prepared together, but not only that... you can conclude this fantastic experience with an exceptional tiramisù made by me. (My friends say it's the best they've ever had. Will you agree too?)
