We will be discussing the current situation and future of the gender gap in the workplace in he United States and in Italy with our guest speakers Valerie Baxter (president of the Professional Women's Association), Nicoletta Dentico (board member of Banca Popolare Etica) and Martina Romanelli (representative of the Young Women's Network).

The panel discussion will be followed by a workshop on Gender Stereotypes led by FAO Consultant Sofie Lambert (JCU students only):
