How the Meeting Works

First Hour – Speeches & Leadership

• Opening of the meeting

• Introduction of roles (Toastmaster of the Evening, Timer, Evaluator, Grammarian…)

• Prepared speeches (4–7 minutes each)

• Leadership roles operating during the session

Second Hour – Impromptu Speaking & Evaluations

• Table Topics: impromptu speaking session open to guests

• Break (10 minutes)

• Speech evaluations

• Leadership feedback

• Closing remarks

This structure allows both guests and members to experience real progress in public speaking, English communication, and leadership.
