Program

1. Check-in and Welcome Aperitif: A refreshing glass of Prosecco and the warm smile of the chef will greet you. A first moment to connect and feel the magic of Anacapri.

2. Tour of our Garden and Lemon Grove: a walk among herbs, vegetables, and ancient lemon trees. Our history and traditions will be shared along the way.

3. Hands-on! A genuine starter and fresh hand-made pasta, the chef reveals secrets to recreate them with ease at home.

4. Dessert Preparation: Discover the sweet essence of Italy through its iconic dessert. A creative moment of flavors and aromas to savor.

5. Tasting and Farewell: Sit together and enjoy the dishes made with your own hands. A heartfelt goodbye, with recipes and memories to cherish

What's included in the workshop:

- 3 courses menù

- welcome drink

- tour of the vegetable garden and lemon grove

- disposable tools for cooking (gloves, hat)

- apron to be returned at the end of the cooking class.

Not included: transportation to/from the location.

ACCESSIBILITY: the facility is difficult to access for people with reduced mobility due to stairs (there is no elevator).
