At Toastmasters Rome, you’ll experience a light, low-pressure evening to practice public speaking, ease speaking anxiety, and meet a welcoming community.

What to expect

• 🎤 Inspiring prepared speeches
• 🎭 Table Topics (impromptu speaking) to build clarity and quick thinking
• 🗣️ Constructive evaluations with practical feedback
• 🙌 Guests welcome: you can simply observe if you prefer — no pressure to speak

After the meeting

• 🎁 Small gift swap: bring a little gift to exchange (re-gifting is welcome)
• 🍽️ Shared dinner: members will bring food; bring a dish if you’d like. If not, you’ll still find something to enjoy.
