Descrizione

In 4 days you will explore the rich flavours of the Italian cuisine in interactive cooking classes with chefs Lorenzo and Luca that will take place in different location of the Piceno area in Le Marche region of Central Italy. You will experience 'the bel paese' and its traditions like a local!

PROGRAM


1° DAY – MOUNTAINS (8:00 am – 18:30 pm)


MONTEMONACO

  • Guided tours to the ‘Patasibilla’ companies*
  • Traditional lunch made with mountain products at the ‘Monti Azzurri’ restaurant

MONTEGALLO

  • Guided tours to the ‘Patasibilla’ companies*

* Artisanal brewery, lentils and wild pea plantation, potatoe plantations and much more


2° DAY – COUNTRYSIDE (8:00 am – 17:30 pm)


SPINETOLI

  • Visit to the olive oil mill ‘Silvestri Rosina’, guided tour and tasting of typical olive oil

MONSAMPOLO DEL TRONTO

  • Visit to the ‘Collevite Winery’ with wine tasting

RIPATRANSONE

  • Wine tour and tasting of ‘Cantina le Caniette’
  • Practical cooking course with local meats at ‘Agriturismo Iervascio’, preparation of lunch with wines from the ‘Le Caniette’ wine cellar and visit to the company


3° DAY – COUNTRYSIDE (from 8:00 am)


MONTEFIORE

  • Visit the ‘Molino Agostini’ with wheat milling

CAMPOFILONE

  • Visit to the artisanal ‘Pastificio La Campofilone’

FORCE

  • Visit to ‘Zero Km’ breeding

CUPRA MARITTIMA

  • Lunch at ‘Gabbiano Restaurant’ with a meat menu

PEDASO

  • Visit to ‘Zero Km’ cattle butcher. You will make the pork salting, following ancient rural traditions



4° DAY – SEA (from 7:00 am)


CUPRA MARITTIMA

  • Visit to ‘Tassotti’ artisanal bakery
  • Visit to the small fishing port, awaiting the return of the boats and meeting the fishermen
  • Disembarkation and cleaning of the freshly caught fish
  • Description of fishing tools and techniquesVisit to ‘Cooperi Cooperativa delle Vongole’
  • Cooking classes at ‘gabbiano Restaurant’ where we learn to cook the freshly caught fish, preparation of lunch and pairing with wines from ‘Le Caniette Winery’

Meet our chefs Lorenzo & Luca

Lorenzo and Luca are 100% italian chefs and foodlovers. They have been cooking since childhood with their grandmothers and their passion for the Italian cuisine has intensified over the years. That's why they'd like to share their wisdom, experience and enthusiasm with you. Their cooking lessons will be informal amd they will be flexible and willing to add those special dishes you've always wanted to learn how to make.

Guests must be at least 18 years old to participate in the event and at least 21 years old to consume alcohol.
