Accesso alla Visita Guidata Culturale della storica fornace Orsoni
La storica fornace Orsoni Venezia 1888 apre le porte gratuitamente ai visitatori due volte al mese, il primo e ultimo mercoledì, per permettere a tutti di conoscere la storia e la produzione di mosaici in smalto di vetro e foglia d’oro che tutt’oggi si svolge in fornace dal 1888.
La visita viene condotta, in italiano ed inglese, dal personale della fornace introducendo gli ospiti alla storia della fornace dalla data della sua fondazione ad oggi e accompagnando il gruppo nella visita degli spazi produttivi in cui si svolge il lavoro quotidiano dei nostri artigiani.
Gli ospiti sono tenuti a mantenere un comportamento adeguato e rispettoso seguendo alcune piccole regole di buona educazione:
- Puntualità nell’arrivo alla visita guidata;
- Rimanere uniti al gruppo e non girare liberamente negli spazi della fornace;
- Non toccare nulla di ciò che è esposto;
- Non appropriarsi di oggetti e materiali esposti.
Access to the Guided Cultural Tour of the historic Orsoni Furnace
The historic Orsoni Venezia 1888 Furnace opens its doors to visitors free of charge twice a month, on the first and last Wednesday, to allow everyone to learn about the history and production of venetian smalto and gold leaf mosaics, a craft that has been carried out in the furnace since 1888.
The tour, conducted in both Italian and English, is led by the furnace staff, introducing guests to the history of the furnace from its foundation to the present day and guiding the group through the production spaces where our artisans carry out their daily work.
Guests are required to maintain appropriate and respectful behavior, following some basic rules of etiquette:
- Punctuality in arriving for the guided tour;
- Stay together with the group and do not move freely in the furnace spaces;
- Do not touch anything that is on display;
- Do not appropriate objects and materials on display.
