Viaggio in Italia (Journey to Italy) is an Italian themed dinner featuring traditional recipes from different parts of Italy. The title is inspired by Roberto Rosselini's movie and the Menu is designed in order to imagine a tasty journey experience through Italy.

The menu is the following:

Crostone con Caprino / Grilled Bread with Goat Cheese

Bruschetta / Grilled Bread with Tomato, Basil, Olive oil, Garlic

Pappardelle fatte in casa al Sugo di Funghi / Homemade fresh Pasta with Mushrooms Sauce

Pollo alla Cacciatora / Hunter's style Chicken

The event will take place with the minimum number of 10 and max 15 participants and will be kindly hosted by Mamma Italia Fashion Cafe.
