Ripartono gli eventi Wine Embassy con una serata alla scoperta delle Sfumature Vulcaniche del nostro territorio! Corte Capitelli ci farà assaggiare 5 vini, abbinati ai piatti preparati da Decasa Degusteria.

Dirado Rosè Bio 2020 and Dirado BIO 2019 Garganega with trio of finger food:

- Small glass with beetroot cream, Lessinia burrata mousse, Cantabrian anchovy and Pistachio

- Charcoal mini buns with creamed cod

- Cereal tart with wild semi-smoked salmon, Normandy salted butter mousse and walnuts
