IMPORTANT!! COVID REGULATION

1. GREEN PASS | The conference will be held following the current rules for the prevention and containment of the Covid-19 virus. The staff will demand to show the Green Pass (obtainable with vaccination or the 48h antigenic swab) to enter the conference.
2. PROGRAM | The beginning and the end time might be subject to change because of Covid-19 restrictions. The variation will consist in the program's division in two turns to allow more people at the conference. The staff will do its best to communicate these variations promptly.
3. REFUND | In case of cancellation, the ticket of the conference will be refunded 100%.

LUNCH & DINNER

It’s also possible to book for Friday’s dinner and Saturday’s lunch and dinner. During your registration, please select how many lunch and dinners you'd like to add to your cart.  

ACCOMMODATIONS:

It's possible, for those who will need accommodation, to receive some benefit to the affiliated hotel making your reservation through email at prenotazioni@reflectioninaction.it or call Claudia +393401975734 between 6pm and 9pm.

Please specify for how many people, how many rooms and how many nights you'd like to reserve. We'll contact you once we've checked the availability.

During your registration you can make your reservation for the shuttle service.

FAQ

Which ages can participate of the event?

The tickets can be purchased at 20€ each person from 13 years old above. Tickets for 11-13 years old are at 15€ and for 7-10 years old 10€.

For kids under 7 years old the ticket is free.

Which are the options of transport/parking for the event?

At the location you can park for free, while those who need the shuttle service, it's available on booking for the trip from Giugliano station to the location.

Is there any refund policy?

In case of event cancellation, the ticket will be refunded 100%.

Do I have to print the ticket and show it at the entrance of the event?

Yes! Print it and bring it with you to show at the entrance.

Is my ticket transferable? 

Yes, if you can't take part of the event you can give your ticket to someone else.

Is it a problem if the name on the ticket do not correspond to the person who has it?

No, not a problem at all!
