Secondo una ricerca del Sole 24 Ore in Italia si contano oggi 480mila smart worker, il 12,6% degli occupati che potrebbero essere interessati da questa tipologia lavorativa. Ci sono tuttavia ampi spazi di crescita quando s i comprendono a pieno gli aspetti positivi del lavoro smart, fra cui una produttività stimata del +15% e un tasso di assenteismo ridotto del 20. Se questi sono i vantaggi perchè li lavoro remoto stenta ancora a decollare? Cercheremo di capire tutti i vantaggi di questa nuova modalità di collaborazione tra azienda e dipendente insieme ad un imprenditore che ha iniziato a utilizzare la pratica del lavoro remoto e professionisti che operano in tale modalità da diverso tempo.
