Il modulo Innovazione Sociale del master Futuro Vegetale indaga le forme di creatività e intelligenza sociale e le spinte al cambiamento che emergono di fronte all’acuirsi delle disuguaglianze e degli squilibri nell’accesso ai diritti e alle risorse. L’innovazione sociale è intesa come un paradigma di ricerca e di intervento. Le lezioni forniscono strumenti metodologici ed esempi per l’elaborazione di risposte e proposte di cambiamento sociale, ispirate al mondo vegetale e informate alla conoscenza dei meccanismi dei comportamenti sociali e dei giudizi, del corpo umano, delle modalità di interazione in gruppo. In questa cornice, la lezione indagherà i meccanismi del behavioural design e del nudge, ovvero come lo spazio e i dispositivi progettati possano influire sui comportamenti.

The Social Innovation module of the Futuro Vegetale master's degree investigates the forms of creativity and social intelligence and the drives for change that emerge in the face of worsening inequalities and imbalances in access to rights and resources. Social innovation is understood as a research and intervention paradigm. The lectures provide methodological tools and examples for the elaboration of responses and proposals for social change, inspired by the plant world and informed by knowledge of the mechanisms of social behaviour and judgements, of the human body, and of the modes of interaction in groups. Within this framework, the lesson will investigate the mechanisms of behavioral design and nudge, or how the space and the devices designed can influence behavior.
