Visitors must wait for someone to pick them up at the meeting point in Campo San Cassiano - Venice.

Visitors must arrive on time - ideally 5 minutes before the visit. Visitors arriving after the time of their scheduled visit will have a tolerance of no more than 30 minutes. If visitors are more than 30 minutes late, an e-mail will be sent in order to reschedule the visit. Visitors must arrive in the designated meeting point outside the visitor entrance.
