Per questa edizione 2026 La Global Game Jam sarà ospitata dal Dipartimento di Informatica dell'Università degli Studi di Bari in via Edoardo Orabona 4.

Cos'è la Global Game Jam?

La GLOBAL GAME JAM è un evento internazionale a cui chiunque può partecipare: durante queste giornate, principianti, curiosi e creativi, nonché sviluppatori di videogiochi, artisti e musicisti formano una squadra per creare un gioco in 48 ore!

Partecipare a una Game Jam è un'opportunità unica in primis per divertirsi e creare insieme, ma anche per apprendere rapidamente le fasi della realizzazione di un videogioco e per costruire un proprio portfolio!

Libera la tua creatività! Unisciti a noi e a tutti gli altri partecipanti: sarà una cooperazione globale per creare, dal concept al prodotto finito, giochi unici!

Chi può partecipare
L'evento è aperto a tutti! Non è necessario essere studenti universitari o professionisti del settore. Che tu sia uno sviluppatore, un artista, un designer, un musicista o semplicemente curioso di metterti alla prova, sei il benvenuto!

Come partecipare
La partecipazione è gratuita. Per partecipare, bisogna registrarsi sul sito della GGJ https://globalgamejam.org/jam-sites/2026/ggj-bari-campus-dipartimento-di-informatica-dib e prenotare il posto su Eventbrite. Sarà possibile partecipare sia in presenza, sia online sul nostro server Discord.

Quando si svolge
Il sito sarà accessibile durante tutto l'evento, in linea con i seguenti orari:
Ven: 15:30-22:30
Sab: 09:00-22:30
Dom: 09:00-20:00

**IMPORTANTE: Durante la notte, il Dipartimento resterà chiuso e non sarà possibile restarvi all'interno. **

Come raggiungerci
Il Dipartimento di Informatica è situato presso il Campus Universitario di via Edoardo Orabona n.4.
Il campus è raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione di Bari Centrale, ma è anche possibile usufruire dei mezzi pubblici.

This Global Game Jam 2026 edition wil be hosted by the Department of Computer Science at the University of Bari in Via Edoardo Orabona 4.

What is the Global Game Jam?

The GLOBAL GAME JAM is an international event that anyone can participate in: during these days, beginners, curious and creative people as well as game developers, artists and musicians form a team to create a game in 48 hours!

Participating in a Game Jam is a unique opportunity first and foremost to have fun and create together, but also to quickly learn the steps of making a video game and to build your own portfolio!

Unleash your creativity! Join us and all other participants: it will be a global cooperation to create, from concept to finished product, unique games!

Who can join
The event is open to everyone! You do not need to be a university student. Whether you are a developer, artist, designer, musician, or just curious to challenge yourself, you are welcome!

How to participate
Participation is free of charge. In order to participate, you must register on the GGJ website https://globalgamejam.org/jam-sites/2026/ggj-bari-campus-dipartimento-di-informatica-dib and book your seat on Eventbrite. It will be possible to participate both in-person and online on the Discord server.

When it takes place
The website will be accessible throughout the event in line with the following times:
Fri: 15:30-22:30
Sat: 09:00-22:30
Sun: 09:00-20:00

** IMPORTANT: During the night, the Department will be closed, and staying inside will not be possible. **

How to reach us
The Department of Computer Science is located at the University Campus at 4 Edoardo Orabona Street.
The campus can be reached on foot from Bari Centrale station, but public transportation is also available.
