A seguire una degustazione sperimentale con diversi gusti e aromi che dimostreranno quali ingredienti e tecniche di preparazione possono valorizzare la personalità del Gewürztraminer. Moderatore d’eccezione sarà il critico Stephan Reinhardt di Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate.

Stephan Reinhardt durante il tasting metterà in risalto le peculiarità dei terroirs delle due cantine e i loro stili di vinificazione, che danno vita a vini con personalità indomite, dove potenza ed eleganza si uniscono negli aromi e prospettano una grande capacità di invecchiamento.

Cantina Tramin vinifies five various Gewurztraminers, among them the frequently lauded Nussbaumer. The cooperative Cantina cultivates 260 hectares of vineyards in and around the famous wine town of Tramin with 300 grape growers, who are respectfully called ‘co-owners’.

CANTINA TRAMIN NEL 2018 HA RICEVUTO 100 PUNTI DA ROBERT PARKER PER GEWÜRZTRAMINER EPOKALE 2009.

È stato IL PRIMO VINO BIANCO ITALIANO a raggiungere il punteggio massimo, oltre che il primo prodotto fuori da Piemonte e Toscana. Cantina Tramin produce cinque diversi Gewürztraminer, tra cui il celebre Nussbaumer. È una cantina cooperativa con 260 ettari di vigneti collocati a Termeno e dintorni di proprietà di 300 viticoltori, meglio chiamati "comproprietari" della cantina.

A journey through the world of Gewürztraminer which takes off from its most representative regions, Alsace and Alto Adige . A double vertical tasting of Cantina Tramin and Domaine Albert Mann aimed at understanding the different terroirs, production styles and evolution over time.

Following this, an explorative wine tasting will challenge food and wine pairings, through different aromas and flavours. Which ingredients and cooking techniques can better enhance the personality of Gewürztraminer? The tasting will be moderated by Stephan Reinhardt di Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate.
