What is more comforting than a bowl of dumpling soup filled with vibrant asian greens. This hands on class will feature a feast of favourite morsels from Vietnam: pork and lemongrass dumplings, san chow bao and sauteed asian greens. We will sit down to enjoy what we have prepared with a glass of wine as well as turning the dumplings into a fragrant and hearty Vietnamese noodle soup perfect for the cooler months.
Class starts at 7pm and finishes around 10. Cost is 50 euro per person (with a 20 euro deposit payable here). Max 8 participants.
