Mint and coriander, lime and chili. This hands on class will feature a feast of favourite morsels from Vietnam: rice paper rolls, pork and lemongrass dumplings, mini spring rolls and san chow bao. We will sit down to enjoy what we have prepared with a glass of wine as well as turning the dumplings into a fragrant and hearty Vietnamese noodle soup perfect for the coming cooler season.
Class starts at 7pm and finishes around 10. Cost is 50 euro per person. Max 8 participants.
