On Thursday 15 December 2022 from 7 to 8.30 pm, the Diogo Passarinho Studio and the museum director Bart van der Heide will accompany the public on a special tour of the exhibition to explore its original concept and the design process behind the layout of its works.
The layout of K̶i̶n̶g̶d̶o̶m̶ of the Ill is the result of a long-term collaboration between D_P_S and Museion, which began with the TECHNO exhibition - the first chapter in the TECHNO HUMANITIES research program launched by Bart van der Heide. In fact, the current layout develops certain space solutions used in that first experience.
“This healing, spatial treatment made us pay special attention to which elements to use and, more importantly, how we can reduce wasteful designs,” stated Diogo Passarinho. “We are proud to say that, once again, 80 per cent of the design uses materials from past projects.”
The guided tour is free, but registration is required.
This tour will be held in English.
