Co-Design Day | Call 4 Proptech Solutions "BuildingSMART"

The "BuildingSMART" project, developed by ABB, Lendlease, Schindler and Würth Italia in collaboration with Cariplo Factory and Federated Innovation @MIND, focused on seeking innovative solutions within the scope of open innovation.

The goal is to develop a Proof of Concept (POC) at the MIND-Milan Innovation District spaces with 4 startups selected by the corporates.

The concluding event of the Proptech "BuildingSMART" Call for Solutions will feature a private session open to the four selected startups and the sponsoring corporates followed by a public session to explore and discuss, in thematic sessions, the future of proptech and the numerous enabling opportunities in the sector.

How to reach the venue:

1. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION**

Get off at the "M1 - Rho Fieramilano" metro station, if coming by subway, or "Rho Fiera FS" train station if arriving by train.

Follow the signs for "MIND Milano Innovation District" until you reach the yellow tunnel on the right that will take you to the pedestrian entrance of MIND, where the Mind shuttle stop is located. Alternatively, you can use Helbiz scooters or walk, which takes approximately 10 minutes.

Inform the driver about the event location: CASCINA TRIULZA-ACADEMY.

2. TAXI (recommended to call 02 4040 or 02 9304514)

Specify "Cargo 6 – MIND" as the destination for the taxi and enter through the gate. Once inside the site, you can reach the CASCINA TRIULZA venue by traveling along Viale Decumano.

3. CAR (without entering the MIND site)

Park at the public parking lot in Piazza della Costellazione, near the Rho Fiera train station, and enter the site through the pedestrian passage connecting the Rho Fiera station to the site entrance. Alternatively, park at the Ospedale Galeazzi parking lot and enter through the pedestrian entrance.

Il progetto "BuildingSMART", sviluppato da ABB, Lendlease, Schindler e Würth Italia in collaborazione con Cariplo Factory e Federated Innovation @MIND, ha l'obiettivo di ricercare e trovare soluzioni innovative proptech nell'ambito dell'open innovation.

L'obiettivo è sviluppare un Proof of Concept (POC) negli spazi del MIND-Milan Innovation District con le 4 startup selezionate dalle aziende.

L'evento conclusivo della Call for Solutions Proptech "BuildingSMART" prevedrà una sessione privata aperta alle quattro start-up selezionate e alle aziende sponsor, seguita da una sessione pubblica per esplorare e discutere, in tavole rotonde tematiche, il futuro della proptech e le numerose opportunità abilitanti nel settore.

Come raggiungere Cascina Triluza

1. MEZZI PUBBLICI
Scendere alla fermata “M1 - Rho Fieramilano”, se in metro o “Rho Fiera FS”, se in treno.
Seguire le indicazioni “MIND Milano Innovation District” fino al tunnel giallo sulla destra che ti porterà all’ingresso pedonale MIND, dove ci sarà la fermata degli Shuttles, in alternativa i monopattini Helbiz o a piedi in circa 10 minuti.
Indicare al driver la location dell’evento: CASCINA TRIULZA-ACADEMY

2. TAXI

Chiamare il 02 4040 o 02 9304514 e indicare al driver come destinazione “Cargo 6 – MIND”. Una volta all’interno del sito, potrete raggiungere la location indicando al driver la location dell’evento: CASCINA TRIULZA.

3. AUTO (senza ingresso al sito MIND)
Posteggiare al Parcheggio pubblico Piazza della Costellazione, in corrispondenza della stazione ferroviaria di Rho Fiera e entrare nel sito attraverso il passaggio pedonale che collega la stazione di Rho Fiera all’ingresso del sito, o posteggiare nel parcheggio dell'Ospedale Galeazzi ed entrare dall'ingresso pedonale lì sito, a pochi metri da Cascina Triulza.
