Leonardo Felician has extensive experience as a top executive in the insurance industry. He pioneered Italy’s first direct insurance model with Genertel, later serving as CEO of Genialloyd and Berebel. Focused on profitable growth and customer service, he has received multiple Customer Satisfaction Awards.

Known as a restless, rebellious, and disruptive innovator, he is the author of numerous articles and textbooks on insurance and IT, as well as a sought-after keynote speaker at international conferences. He is widely regarded as one of Europe’s leading experts in motor insurance.

He is also Professor in Insurance Management, BBS-Bologna Business School
