No. Transportation to and from the event is at the expense of the ticket holder.

If my plans change and I cannot make the event, can I receive a refund?

No refunds are authorized. We recommend donating your ticket to someone else who can attend.

For someone who doesn't drink alcohol, are there alternative drinks?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Coffee, water, juice, and select soda's are free of charge.

Are the games for free or do they cost money?

The games are free of charge to play.

Can I win money if I play the games?

Accepted Answer

No. No money is exchanged. The games are just for fun.

If I want to volunteer with set-up or tear-down of the event, how do I do that?

Accepted Answer

Reach out to the event coordinator. They have additional information concerning volunteering.

What happens if there is inclement weather?

Accepted Answer

In the event that there is inclement weather, the Gala will continued as planned. There are multiple areas with cover to protect guests from the weather.

If I am a vegetarian or if I have food alergies, do I have food options?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many of our food options are vegetarian friendly. If you have a specific food allergy, please reach out to the event coordinator with this information. Feel free to ask the catering staff to clarify further as well, and they will assist with providing you food to meet your needs.

Are there multiple seating options at the Gala?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There are high and low tables with chairs throughout the venue. If you require special assistance, feel free to reach out to the event staff for assistance.

Is there parking at the venue?
