Wine lover on a mission to never be a wine bore!Polly is a WSET Certified Educator and long-term wine professional. However, she also enjoys a beer now and then...With an ‘open forum’ approach, Polly’s tastings and events are informed but informal, never stuffy, and often comical. Encouraging guest interaction and discourse, wines are presented with stories and fun-facts interwoven, bringing everyday context to the subject whilst encouraging appreciation.Wine shouldn't have to be intimidating or clichéd. Wine is about stories, people, and culture. Something we all share, and something we can all enjoy.
