The Australia Day Council of South Australia (ADCSA) is an independent, non-profit, membership-based association.Our vision is to inspire national pride and spirit to enrich the life of all Australians. ADCSA works with and for the community to unite the people of South Australia, to celebrate excellence in our communities and to discuss our national identity.ADCSA at its core, is about promoting the meaning of Australia Day and deepening community spirit. We work to encourage all South Australians to reflect and discuss what it means to be an Australian. We promote Active Citizenship through our work across the community in celebrating our diversity, inspiring communities and actively contributing to building an inclusive Australia.We also recognise the outstanding contributions and service of South Australians to the community through the Australian of the Year Awards.To encourage all Australians to tell the "Story of Us", about Australia and being Australian, we host major events and programs across the year to which we invite you to attend.
