All the EESI 2 Partners and the External Experts are kindly invited to attend the Meeting.

The Meeting will start early on June 3 and we strongly recommend you to arrive on June 2.
A light dinner will be served on June 2 at 20.00 at "I Portici" hotel.

The agenda of the meeting.

The EESI 2 Project will pay directly the hotel rooms of your stay for the nights of June 2 and June 3 and the meals. So you do not need to book the hotel, but you must register to the event in this page (click on the green botton " Register").

We kindly ask you to register as soon as possible and before the deadline of May 30th, 2014.

The Portici hotel is located in the centre of Bologna near to the railway station.

How to reach the Hotel

• 5 minutes walking from the Bologna central railway station.
• The Bologna Airport is around 7 km far from the Hotel, a shuttle Aerobus connects airport to railway station (Bologna Centrale), every 20 minutes.

• The Taxi from the Airport to the hotel costs around 15 -18 Euro (~ 15 minutes).
